Storybook Walk

The Storybook Walk provides a new outdoor adventure that champions family connection, early childhood development, and health and wellness. Stories are hand-picked by library staff with a child’s enjoyment in mind. Pages are posted at several stations along a trail, allowing families and friends to enjoy a story as they walk the path and take in the scenery.

New stories are featured frequently so that the fun continues year-round. Take a walk with us and read a new story each month at the locations listed below. This program is sponsored by the Library Foundation.

Tell us about your most recent Storybook Walk visit!

Get outside and read! Challenge yourself to visit all seven storybook walks this Fall. To participate log your walks in the Beastack app. Those who complete the challenge will be entered to win one of the Storybook Walk books.
