How to Get One
Bring a photo ID and proof of current address to any library branch. (Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
The St. Charles City-County Library supports and encourages your involvement in your child’s use of the Library and our collection.
If a parent or legal guardian would like to revoke a minor’s Library card, please visit any Library branch or submit a request online.

|Permanent resident of St. Charles County.
|St. Charles County property owner with residence outside of the county.
|Permanent resident in a service area of a library with a reciprocity agreement with St. Charles City-County Library. Click here for information on reciprocity and a list of eligible service areas.
|Resident living outside of St. Charles County or any reciprocal service area.
|Business or organization within St. Charles County. Allows for one cardholder and authorized users. Click here for an application.

|Student enrolled in school/college/university located in St. Charles County.
|Temporary (less than 6 months) resident of St. Charles County.
