How to Get One

Bring a photo ID and proof of current address to any library branch. (Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)

Apply Online

The St. Charles City-County Library supports and encourages your involvement in your child’s use of the Library and our collection.

If a parent or legal guardian would like to revoke a minor’s Library card, please visit any Library branch or submit a request online.

Non-resident Borrower Resident living outside of St. Charles County or any reciprocal service area. $80/

Business Organization Business or organization within St. Charles County. Allows for one cardholder and authorized users. Click here for an application. $0

Cliff View Branch Closed Friday, June 14

Due to HVAC issues, the Cliff View Branch is closed today, Friday, June 14. The branch plans to reopen on Saturday, June 15.
