How to Get One
Bring a photo ID and proof of current address to any library branch. (Individuals under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.)
The St. Charles City-County Library supports and encourages your involvement in your child’s use of the Library and our collection.
If a parent or legal guardian would like to revoke a minor’s Library card, please visit any Library branch or submit a request online.
